Personal and professional strategies made simple by an experienced international business consultant.
Business Priorities
The most important thing anyone should focus on is the very thing they want. Bizarrely pre-teens get it right every time, while most adults fail. That is because youngsters know what they want without any complications. Paradoxically, the supposedly mature adult puts themselves and the goal of their desires through such examinations, the spontaneity and the simplicity of the original desire are destroyed by at least some of the following:
Over-analysing the possibilities of success.
Second-guessing already agreed-upon strategies.
Starting to over-complicate initially simple strategies or basically:
Becoming your own worst enemy by personalising the process of creating and adhering to a business strategy.
It is essential for people to become aware of themselves in order to become more potent and fulfilled on all levels of their lives. Try some of these exercises from an experienced Transformational Coach.
Communicate
You know it's so weird that kids can try to explain things to adults - and guess what?! - they become frustrated by OUR lack of understanding! It turns out: the young ones weren't far off; after awhile what they insisted with certainty turned out to make sense after all. It was simply that spontaneous youth met 'set-in-their-ways' adulthood and couldn't communicate because their viewpoints were different. It was as if two mobile phones couldn't make themselves understood because they were connected to different networks. Now with mobiles the answers were easy to fix, with people - not so easy.
We all feel we are balanced, measured and mature... until we find a knot in our shoelaces! We start to try the 'quick untie' which appears as if our fingers are pulling at a ball of string from every direction waiting for the 'loose loop' to make itself known then pull it victoriously expecting the loose end to completely unravel the rest of the knot - and then start retying the knot in our shoes from the beginning, but sometimes pulling it only serves to tighten a different part of it making the whole situation worse, at this point we start to get a bit angry and thinking about the bus we wanted to catch and our fumbling fingers aren't gentle anymore.
Previously we spoke about a sprinkling of important issues, that are part of our natural self-examination. I touched lightly on many important questions we might ask ourselves during important times in our life. I purposely brought up many deep questions without delving deeper for two reasons.
